Scholarships

The Northeast Oregon Home Builders Association offers two (2) $1,500 scholarships annually to individuals pursuing a profession related to the residential building industry. Application for the 2026-2027 academic year is now open.

**Applicants must currently be an enrolled high school senior, college student, or in a qualified apprenticeship program; be a resident of Baker, Morrow, Umatilla, Union, or Wallowa County; and have an interest in and intent to pursue a career in the residential building industry. Careers may include, but are not limited to the following: HVAC, heavy equipment operator, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, concrete, welding, construction management, architecture, engineering (civil, landscape, mechanical, electrical, etc.).
